Driver CPC Training Courses in Bridgwater
Who needs to complete Driver CPC?
With a few exceptions, anybody driving a LGV or PCV commercially needs to complete their DCPC. You need to complete 35 hours of training every 5 years, either en-bloc or by breaking it up into 5 days over the 5 year period. Failure to hold a current DCPC could result in a fine up to £1000.
Driver CPC Course Repetition
You MUST NOT unnecessarily repeat the same periodic training subjects within a rolling 5 year period. Attempting to may lead to the training not being accepted by DVSA and it will not count towards your 35 hours. Check your existing certificates, or go online to check which courses you completed. There are a few exceptions, but we need 7 days notice if you must repeat a course.
